The Service is operated by KOKUIN Operations (the "Operator"). Enquiries about this Policy, and requests to disclose, correct or delete personal information, are accepted through the contact form within the Service.

At registration the Operator collects your display name (B-BOY / B-GIRL name or similar) and your email address. If you sign in with a Google account, the name, email address and account identifier provided by Google are collected. The Operator also collects the move information, video links, comments and other content you post, along with usage data such as access logs, IP addresses and information used to identify your device.

The information collected is used to provide and operate the Service, respond to your enquiries, prevent abuse (vote manipulation with multiple accounts, impersonation and the like), and analyse how to improve the Service. IP addresses and device identification information are used only to detect abuse and to curb posts repeated within a short period.

Except where required by law, the Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent. Note that the Service is run using facilities provided by outside companies (servers, database, email delivery and access analytics), and information is handled within that scope.

Your display name, the moves and records you carve, your comments, and any linked social account information you set to public are visible to other users and to the general public. Records set to private are shown only to you. Email addresses are not made public.

You may request disclosure, correction or deletion of your personal information. Requests are accepted through the contact form within the Service; the Operator will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period. You can also delete the account itself (withdraw) yourself at any time from the profile screen.

The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in. These are essential to using the Service and are not used for advertising or for tracking individuals. Access analytics uses a mechanism that does not rely on cookies identifying individuals, and collects only statistics that identify no one, such as page view counts.

Information collected is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the Service. If you withdraw, your account and posted content are deleted. Records used to detect abuse are deleted once the period needed for that purpose has passed.

The Operator may revise this Policy as necessary. Revised content takes effect the moment it is displayed on the Service.
