The Service is operated by KOKUIN Operations (the "Operator"). Enquiries about this Policy, and requests to disclose, correct or delete personal information, are accepted through the contact form within the Service.
At registration the Operator collects your display name (B-BOY / B-GIRL name or similar) and your email address. If you sign in with a Google account, the name, email address and account identifier provided by Google are collected. The Operator also collects the move information, video links, comments and other content you post, along with usage data such as access logs, IP addresses and information used to identify your device.
The information collected is used to provide and operate the Service, respond to your enquiries, prevent abuse (vote manipulation with multiple accounts, impersonation and the like), and analyse how to improve the Service. IP addresses and device identification information are used only to detect abuse and to curb posts repeated within a short period.
Except where required by law, the Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent. Note that the Service is run using facilities provided by outside companies (servers, database, email delivery and access analytics), and information is handled within that scope.
Your display name, the moves and records you carve, your comments, and any linked social account information you set to public are visible to other users and to the general public. Records set to private are shown only to you. Email addresses are not made public.
You may request disclosure, correction or deletion of your personal information. Requests are accepted through the contact form within the Service; the Operator will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period. You can also delete the account itself (withdraw) yourself at any time from the profile screen.
The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in. These are essential to using the Service and are not used for advertising. For access analytics, the Service uses Google's "Google Analytics", which uses cookies to understand visit trends (where visitors come from, which pages they view, and whether they are returning visitors). The information collected is an anonymous identifier and usage data; it does not send information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address, to Google. If you do not want your visits collected by Google Analytics, you can opt out by installing Google's "Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on" (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout ) or by disabling cookies in your browser settings. The Service's "Trending Videos" feature uses the YouTube API Services. Through this mechanism, the Operator retrieves and displays public information (title, thumbnail image, publish date and time, view count, like count, comment count and other public data) about public videos from YouTube channels the Operator has registered. The ranking of trending videos is calculated independently by the Operator and is not an evaluation by YouTube. Use of this feature is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms ) and the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy ). The Operator handles information obtained through the YouTube API Services in accordance with this Policy and does not retain it beyond the period set by YouTube's policies. The view, like and comment counts displayed are the latest values, re-fetched every day; the period filters select videos by their publish date, not by how old the displayed statistics are. Values are never stored or displayed unchanged for more than 30 days after they were retrieved. If you sign in to the Service with a Google account, you can review and revoke that connection (the Service's access permission) at any time from Google's security settings page (https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en ). If you wish to request deletion of information collected, please do so through the contact form described in Section 1 ("Operator and contact point") of this page.
Information collected is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the Service. If you withdraw, your account and posted content are deleted. Records used to detect abuse are deleted once the period needed for that purpose has passed.
The Operator may revise this Policy as necessary. Revised content takes effect the moment it is displayed on the Service.
